Products and Fitting
Q: How do your clothes fit?
A: The sizes vary across all our range so please take a look at the product tab for the size chart to find the right fit for you. Still unsure? Click here to drop us a line so we can give you some personalised recommendations.
Q: How do I wash my clothes?
A: Every garment has its own care instructions, found on the tab just below the size chart but the they can be washed on a gentle spin cycle with a delicate detergent and can be naturally air dried.
Q: Will you ever add any more sizes?
A: Our current socks range from the smallest UK/US size 4 up to 15 and European size 36 up to 52. If you require anything outside these, please talk to us for a recommendation.
Q: When will you release new colours?
A: A few times a year we release a limited edition range for all our products. To ensure you're always the first to know, sign up to our newsletter at the very bottom of the site.
Q: Where is your material sourced from?

Orders and Shipping
Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping notification in your email with a direct tracking link to your package. Please do give it a few days to register on their systems.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: We offer free tracked shipping. If you'd like to get your garments quicker, we offer the option for Express shipping, available in checkout for a fee, depending on your country.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We can ship to you in any country, though we recommend Express shipping for countries such as Canada, Israel and Saudi Arabia (and other countries with poor national mail carriers) as sometimes their postal systems are unusually slow to process some packages.
Q: What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?
A: We offer two types of shipping:
We currently offer tracked shipping worldwide, free of charge. It can take up to 28 working days to arrive.
We offer expedited shipping worldwide for a fee (shown at checkout, depending on your country). It can take up to 3 working days from the date of shipment to arrive.
For countries with a poor national mail carrier - such as Canada, Israel and Saudi Arabia to name a few - we strongly advise that you choose Express Shipping to avoid unusually slow delivery.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Our central logistics hub is located in Hong Kong where we're able to ship to every part of the world.
Returns and Exchanges
Q: What is your returns policy?
A: As long as the garment is unworn and sealed in its original packaging, you are eligible for a return within 30 days, provided you're able to cover the return shipping to Hong Kong or to our hub in the UK.
If a garment arrives with an inherent fault, please contact our team to get your problem resolved.
Please note: for many of our products, we are unable to accept a return of any kind for hygiene reasons if they have been opened. Our team will inspect all returns before a refund is issued.
Q: How do I make a return or exchange?
A: Simply contact our team with your order number and details of your desired return/exchange and one of our returns specialists will get back to you with instructions on what you need to do.
Q: When can I expect my refund?
A: As soon as we've received your return and one of our specialists has reviewed it, you'll be sent an email to confirm a refund has been issued.
